We created this site to help you the organizer save time money and the frustration of using multiple vendors for your event We are a one stop swag shop! Because so many people are tired of spending all their spare time to find all the right components to make their event complete, we have provided a site to alleviate that!

 You only have one chance to make a great first impression.
First things first 

1. Decide what type of event you want, determine the event  date and set a budget. Notify all the proper authorities and obtain the proper permits and insurance. Don't forget traffic control/police and EMT/Medical Services
2. Map out your course details. 
3. PROMOTE your Race by doing a press release, and use signage. Posters and banners are great  ways to spread the word!
4. Determine registration fee and Set up on-line registration(if needed) and collect shirt sizes and guarantee a set # of registrants their shirt size if they register by a certain date. This allows you plenty of time to pre-order your custom shirts and get sponsors and the design just right!
5. Coordinate sponsors- Sponsors can pay for your signage and swag in return for their branding on Swag Bags, Banners and Accesories They will help offset a lot of the cost in addition to the registration fee
6. Fundraising is always an option to raise extra $$$ for your event Check out our program here
7. Secure supplies: Race bibs, swag bags , medals, performance shirts, Volunteer shirts, water -bottles, START FINISH Banner, mile markers,pint glasses, cowbells...etc etc etc
